Oregon panel holds first meeting on Windfloat Pacific project

A committee created by Governor Kate Brown to “identify viable pathways” for Principle Power to secure a revenue contract for its 24MW WindFloat Pacific pilot project off the coast of Oregon held its first meeting on 29 September.
