Ontario awards 300MW offshore contract to Windstream

Windstream Energy says it has been awarded a Feed-in Tariff (FiT) contract by Ontario Power Authority to develop a 300 megawatt wind farm in Lake Ontario on 48,000 acres of shallow water shoals.
