Statkraft will assume full responsibility for running the 317MWwind farm in January next year, taking over from current operating company SciraOffshore Energy – its joint venture with Statoil which owns the plant on a50/50 basis.
The transfer is part of a deal that will see Statoil take on O&Mresponsibility at Dudgeon – the up-to-400MW offshore wind farm the Norwegianduo is co-developing 20km away from Sheringham Shoal in the seas off easternEngland.
