Dong Energy, EnBW, E.ON, Iberdrola, RWE, SSE, Statkraft, Statoil and Vattenfall will stump up "at least" £6.4m over the next four years, boosted by a further £1.5m from Edinburgh, as part of the next phase of the UK Carbon Trust's Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA) R&D programme.
