Global wind giant Vestas announced a manufacturing shake-up in its Danish home market, with new jobs planned in offshore wind but cuts to its onshore factory staff.
The group said it expects to hire 300 as it ramps up offshore wind activity at its plants in Lindo, Lem and Nakskov during 2024.
The expansion will reflect demand for offshore equipment in markets near Denmark, said the company.
