European offshore wind developer Ocean Winds and platform designer Principle Power have agreed to link-up to bid into France’s upcoming commercial-scale floating wind tender.
The collaboration by the pair, which built the landmark 25MW WindFloat Atlantic off Portugal, are currently working together on the 30MW Golfe du Lion project in the French Mediterranean, which is slated to start flowing power in 2023.
