Ocean Winds and Banque des Territoires target 1GW French offshore wind project

Ocean Winds and Paris-headquartered Banque des Territoires have teamed up once again as they target a 1GW French offshore wind project that is going up for auction in the South Atlantic.

Ocean Winds, a joint venture between French utility Engie and Portugal’s EDPR, said today (Wednesday) that it will continue to build on a “rich history of collaboration” with BdT.
