Obama FY 2016 budget focus on clean energy, climate

President Barack Obama’s proposed fiscal 2016 budget would make federal renewable energy tax credits permanent and provide billions of dollars for climate change initiatives, while eliminating almost $50bn in fiscal incentives for the fossil fuel industries.
