Novera turns down $144m takeover bid from Infinis

UK renewables developer Novera saw its share price soar 35% on 7 October after rejecting a takeover offer from Infinis Energy valuing the company at £90.5m ($143.6m), with investors betting that Infinis will follow up with a higher bid.
