Northland raises C$281m to help finance two wind projects

Northland Power has raised C$281m ($222.8m) through both public and private share offerings, and will use part of net proceeds to help finance its 332MW Nordsee One offshore wind project in Europe and 100MW Grand Bend onshore facility in Ontario.
