Nordsee Ost and Global Tech 1 face transmission delays

Either the 400MW Global Tech 1 or the 295MW Nordsee Ost offshore wind farms – and probably both – will be pushed beyond their slated 2013 commissioning dates due to delays in getting the necessary offshore transmission lines in place.
