Nordex will start building the Bergama wind farm in West Turkey close to the antique city of the same name in the winter of 2009. It will comprise 36 N90/2500 turbines for power station operator Bilgin Enerji.
Bergama will be the largest Nordex wind farm in Turkey and one of the largest in the country.
In Poland, Nordex says it has completed the 50MW Tychowo widn farm, around 350 kilometers north-west of Warsaw on the Baltic coast.
