German-Spanish wind OEM Nordex has won an order to supply a 96MW wind farm by an unnamed customer in Mexico.
The manufacturer will supply 20 of its N155/4.X turbines with a 4.8MW power rating to a location in the north of the country characterised by average wind speeds of 8 metres per second.
Nordex will install the turbines on 120-metre-high concrete towers over the course of this year, which the OEM produces locally in the country.
