The 3.3MW turbine, on Kreuzberger & Spengler Regenerative Energie's Hausbay-Bickenbach wind farm in Rhineland-Palatinate state, sits atop a 164-metre hybrid tower, made up of a 100-metre concrete structure and two tubular steel segments that can be assembled in less than two weeks.
