Nordex details turbines for E.ON’s 475MW Nysäter project

German turbine maker Nordex will deliver 104 of its N149/4.0-4.5MW machines and ten N131/3900 turbines to E.ON’s 475MW Nysäter project in northern Sweden, which is the OEM’s largest order to date for its Delta 4000 series.

E.ON first announced the order last month, but still without detailing the turbine types.

Nordex will also be delivering civil and electrical balance of plant (BoP) works under an EPC contract for the project in Sweden’s Västernorrland region that is divided into two wind farms – Hästkullen and Björnlandhöjden.
