Nordex has won an order to equip a wind farm in a former key coal mining region in Scotland with subsidy-free wind turbines.
The wind turbine OEM will deliver 13 of its N133/4.8MW turbines to the 62MW wind farm in South Lanarkshire near Glasgow to an undisclosed client.
"We are pleased to equip another subsidy-free wind farm in the UK with our strong-wind turbine technology," Nordex chief sales officer Patxi Landa said.
