NJ Senate passes bill to force BPU Fishermen's approval

The Senate in New Jersey has passed a bill that would force the state Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to approve the Fishermen’s Energy pilot offshore wind project, after commissioners there twice rejected it last year for ratepayer subsidy support.
