NextEra ENergy Partners to acquire two Oklahoma wind farms

Yieldco NextEra Energy Partners has entered into an agreement with a subsidiary of parent NextEra Energy Resources to acquire the combined 299.2MW Seiling I & II Wind Energy Centers in Oklahoma.
