New York solicits offshore wind proposals in Great Lakes

In what it’s calling a first, the New York Power Authority (NYPA) is seeking proposals for an offshore wind project of 120 megawatts (MW) to 500MW to be developed in state waters of Lake Erie or Lake Ontario.
