New York is seeking proposals to invest in and upgrade ports to support the state’s goal to have a nation-leading 9GW of offshore wind power capacity in place by 2035.
Three state agencies – Empire State Development, New York Department of Transportation (DOT) and New York State Energy Research and Development Authority – will prequalify the proposals from port operators and market participants.
