New Jersey regulators again reject Fishermen's offshore pilot

Regulators again rejected Fishermen’s Energy’s pilot offshore wind project in state waters facing Atlantic City, saying it lacks “financial integrity“ and does not “provide a net economic and environmental benefit to New Jersey ratepayers.”
