Mingyang Smart Energy said it won a 150MW contract to equip a wind farm in Serbia – a deal set to add to the European wind industry’s nerves over Chinese ambitions on its doorstep.
The Chinese OEM said the Black Peak project in Bor, a city in Serbia’s east, will deploy 25 of its 6.25MW 6.25-172 machines, which it described as a "widely deployed" model.
