Global wind and solar developer Mainstream Renewable Power named Mary Quaney as its new CEO after former boss Andy Kinsella resigned.
Quaney, a long-serving executive at the Ireland-based developer, was previously its chief financial officer and replaces Kinsella, who had held the top job since 2016.
The change of CEO comes at a pivotal time for Mainstream, which earlier this year invited bids from potential equity investors that it said could result in a controlling stake being sold.
