The Dutch economics and climate ministry has published a draft order for the Hollandse Kust West offshore wind tender, which for the first time will include an element of financial or negative bids – meaning developers can opt to pay for receiving the right to build and operate the 1.4GW zone in the North Sea.
Interested companies or consortia can enter bids from April 14 to May 12, 2022.
