Nebraska utility, Edison Mission ink 80MW wind PPA

The Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) and Edison Mission Group, along with developer Midwest Wind Energy, have reached a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) for an 80 megawatt (MW) wind project.
