Danish turbine market Vestas has signed an agreement to sell its converters and controls business to KK Wind Solutions, including manufacturing facilities in Denmark, India and China.
As part of the deal, KK will exclusively supply converters and control panels to Vestas from the three factories. The plants have a combined staff of around 600, which will be transferred to KK.
