Mitsubishi strikes back at GE with antitrust and patent complaints

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is suing General Electric for anticompetitive practices, alleging that GE’s variable speed wind turbine patent infringement lawsuits were used as scare tactics to drive away Mitsubishi suppliers and customers.
