Middle East, Africa to see 2016 wind build-out surge: Make

The slow-down in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) wind power market in 2015 should be followed by a reparative surge of build-out this year, and then a period of stable growth as the region moves to add 30GW of capacity by 2025, according to new report from Make Consulting.
