LEEDCo deploys buoy for Lake Erie offshore wind site testing

Offshore wind developer Lake Erie Energy Development Corporation (LEEDCo) has deployed a buoy to monitor water quality and weather over the site where the first of six turbines for its Icebreaker demonstration project will be located.
