Dominion Energy today (Tuesday) said it has received the last two major US approvals needed to begin at-sea construction of the 2.6GW Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project, keeping the $9.8bn array on budget and schedule for late 2026 completion.
CVOW is the largest US offshore wind project.
