The company said the Nordergründe stake “is an important step for John Laing into a new market where we see a significant opportunity, and in a country we want to continue to invest into”. The price paid for the stake was not disclosed.
Nordergründe joins project developer Wpd, also with 30%, and insurer Gothaer Leben Renewables (40%) as shareholders in the wind farm.
