Japan to offer 20-year development rights for wind farms in ports

Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MILT) will meet today to finalise the details of new legislative changes that could open opportunities for developers to build more near-shore wind farms in the country’s ports.
