Italy’s ministry of ecological transition has received 64 expressions of interest for offshore wind, most of them by established companies in the sector and for floating wind.
The ministry said a first round of meetings with individual companies and groups is coming to an end, and it foresees to hold a further round of meetings to discuss possible synergies from the construction of clusters of wind farms in the same areas.
