International Power buys its way into Ontario's new green regime

Shares in the UK’s Renewable Energy Generation (REG) soared more than 20% after the firm agreed to sell its Canadian wind portfolio to International Power for a cash payment of C$119m ($111m), opening a new chapter for both companies.
