RWE Supply & Trading and chemicals firm Ineos have entered into a 10-year power purchase agreement (PPA) representing about a quarter of the electricity generated by the 219MW Northwester offshore wind in the Belgian North Sea.
Ineos from 2021 on will purchase 198 gigawatt hours per year via RWE from the offshore wind array that is operated by the Parkwind consortium.
