Ideol and Hitachi Zosen confirm 7.4MW floating wind pilot off Japan

French floating wind power outfit Ideol has formally set the seal on a deal with Japanese industrial conglomerate Hitachi Zosen to kick off construction of a 7.4MW, two-unit pilot project off the coast of Japan.
