Iberdrola's Romanian wind plans rocked by developer's civil war

Spanish utility giant Iberdrola’s plans for 1.5GW of wind farms in Romania face new problems due to a legal row that has erupted between the shareholders of Eolica Dobrogea (ED) – the local company that is developing the projects on its behalf.
