Iberdrola will decide this year whether to split-off its fast-growing offshore wind operation, its CEO said as the Spanish green power giant confirmed plans to claim back from RWE rights to a development in the Baltic Sea.
Ignacio Galán told financial analysts it will make a decision soon on an offshore spin-off, which he first raised as a possibility earlier this year to help fund its massive global growth ambitions in the sector.
