Japanese engineering firm Hitachi has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Taiwan’s Changhua County over the use of Changhua Port as operation and maintenance (O&M) for Taiwan Power Company’s (Taipower) 109MW Changhua phase 1 offshore wind farm.
