Helix Wind seeks to buy rival Abundant Renewable Energy

Helix Wind has signed a nonbinding letter of intent to acquire the bankrupt small wind turbine competitor and a sector engineering company in a deal worth up to $6.5m in cash and restricted Helix stock.
