In addition to the 45 foundations now in place – out of an eventual 90 – E.ON says it has finished laying the first inter-array cables, with cabling work ongoing.
When finished, Rödsand II will be the biggest offshore wind farm in E.ON’s stable. Only several weeks ago it commissioned its 180MW Robin Rigg project in Scotland’s Solway Firth.
