The consortium’s first agreement is to buy most of the electricity output from the 102MW citizen-led Krammer wind project in the Dutch province of Zeeland and the island of Goeree-Overflakkee.

The four companies agreed to buy 350 gigawatt hours of electricity a year once the wind park becomes operational in 2019.
