Vestas has won an order from TagEnergy for the 756MW first phase of the developer’s giant Golden Plains wind project in the Australian state of Victoria.

The Danish OEM will supply 122 of its V162-6.2MW EnVentus turbines and also provide engineering, procurement and construction services for the development. The order comes with a 30-year service and maintenance agreement.
