Vestas unveiled a globetrotting late spree of turbine orders that spanned Russia, Egypt and the US, to close a third quarter that kept the world’s largest onshore wind OEM on track for another strong year of new deals despite the impact of coronavirus.
The Danish group closed the July-September quarter with 3.5GW of orders, not including smaller unannounced deals that will be added later.
