Global leaders join IMF, World Bank to back carbon price

Global leaders including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, and the heads of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank, have urged countries and companies to put a price on carbon as part of fighting climate change.
