Major international offshore wind developers are actively exploring the potential for project investment in China, despite the formidable challenges involved, Recharge has learned.

In the past months various meetings between foreign developers and the Chinese government have taken place at both central and state level to explore the possibility of participation in China’s offshore wind sector, industry sources confirmed.
