GE Renewable Energy has won an order from developer Holmen to supply the 143MW Blåbergsliden wind project in Sweden with 26 of its 5MW-plus Cypress turbines.
The order for the turbines, which feature a two-piece blade design by GE-owned LM Wind Power, is the OEM’s second for the Cypress model machines in the Nordic country.
