Meanwhile, the company also announced a three-unit order for its 2.5MW from developer Germania Windpark for its Groß-Santersleben Süd project near Magdeburg. The project already uses eight of GE’s 1.5MW machines, the world’s most widely deployed turbine. The deal includes a full service agreement, with GE covering all maintenance and operations.
