GE turbines installed at Vietnam's first offshore project

Phase one of the Bac Lieu project will see ten turbines installed by September and connected to the national grid. A second phase should lead to a total of 62 turbines with a capacity of just over 99MW being installed. The project will cost 5.2trn dong ($250m), financed by loans from the US Import and Export Bank.
