GE Renewable Energy will equip three more wind farms in Lithuania as the Baltic state boosts its turbine capacity by more than half and pursues its goal of independence from Russian fossil energy.
The US-owned OEM will supply 34 of its Cypress turbines operating at 5.5MW to developer European Energy, which will deploy them at a trio of sites in northern Lithuania.
